Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare revise and develop architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and site teams to ensure accurate drawing submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and company standards.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings for construction including plans elevations sections and details.
- Review design drawings and provide technical input to resolve discrepancies or conflicts.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for easy reference and approvals.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven expertise in AutoCAD and preparation of architectural shop drawings.
- Experience working on large-scale projects (residential commercial or infrastructure).
- Strong knowledge of drafting standards detailing and technical specifications.
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
