- Architectural Degree with min. 20 years of experience with at least 15 years GCC experience.
- Experience in handling Architectural and ID design & construction of high end villas and corporate offices.
- Client / Consulting background is desired.
- Familiar with local authority regulations with respect to construction activities and site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
- Excellent knowledge of Auto-CAD, REVIT, 3-D Max and Sketch-up.
- Familiarity with local suppliers (UAE) and specialist vendors.
- Excellent communication and inter personnel skills and ensure smooth functioning of the site.
- Working knowledge of all trades (structure, finishes, MEP and interior fit-out).
