Job Description
1_ Min 2 years experience IN THE SAME POSITION IN DUBAI.
2_ Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
3_ Provide technical design expertise and services in all architectural design development processes.
4_ Develop space-planning concepts using Revit (must) and generate program documents.
5- Provides creative design solutions to stakeholders and ensures projects are continually meeting budgets and schedules.
6- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
7_ Proficiency Design software (Photoshop, Lumion, 3DS Max and Revit is a must).
8_ excellent communication skills with clients in the scale of residential projects.
9_ 5 days’ work per week.
10_ salary and allowances will be determined after interview.
11_ Arabic tongue is a must.
