- Management of the Application Design team
- Design, development and implementation of applications
- Feasibility studies/time-cost estimation for new applications and programs
- Planning roll-out of applications and systems
- Project completion within time and budget
- Diagnostics and continuous improvement of existing applications
- User acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT) for all applications
- Managing third-party service providers and contractors
