Job Summary
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the mounting cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standards
- Support the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamber
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including test reports issue tracking and performance analysis ensuring accurate records for future reference
- Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures driving efficiency and quality enhancements
- Act as a mentor and technical referent guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems ideally in defense and/or space applications. Experience in radiofrequencies measurement is a strong plus.
QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- * Bachelors in manufacturing.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in assembly integration and tests of systems or sub-systems
- Good knowledge of power and tests benches (user profile)
- Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaigns
- Ability to lead guide and mentor junior technicians fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results identify anomalies and suggest corrective actions
- Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration
- You speak English with excellent communication. Arabic is a strong plus.
