Job Description

Facilitate onboarding of new agency roles, coordinate with internal teams on borrower applications and monitor initial repayment, fundraising and repayment, prepayment, and payment of interest, commissions and fees to ensure all conditions are met and funds can be distributed
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: Create new agency Client Identity Data (CID) and prepare control and monitoring sheets to ensure required records are available for all new relief client locations. Complete Facility Agent and Security Agent activities to ensure withdrawals, extensions and transfers within permitted times (TATs) and documentation compliance under subsidy agreements
Preconditions: Completion of all activities to ensure preconditions are met, fees paid, and notification received from the facility agent to enable funds to be distributed
Covenants: Ensure informational covenants are distributed to lenders upon receipt from borrowers, and update internal systems to ensure accuracy of recorded data. Complete thorough follow-ups and pass information to all parties in the event of a breach to ensure everyone is up to date and aware of potential issues
Extension of Loans: Take all extensions and disbursements as notified by the facility agent within the agreed times (TATs) and ensure the interest rate matches the interest period specified by ADCB Treasury or specified in the subsidy agreement to ensure that all conditions are met and funds can be distributed
Efficiency: Provide valuable feedback on management processes and policies based on actual work experiences in order to improve management efficiency
Policies, processes, systems and procedures: Adherence to all relevant organizational and administrative policies, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while providing the required level of service to customers and stakeholders
Self-Management: Manage self in accordance with the Bank's people management policies, procedures and processes to ensure commitment and maximum contribution to business performance
