Aluminum Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble aluminum products such as doors, windows, frames, and other structures
• Cut, shape, and join aluminum pieces together using tools such as shears, saws, and rivet guns
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
• Measure and mark aluminum pieces for cutting and shaping
• Operate machinery and equipment such as bending machines and CNC routers
• Inspect finished products for defects and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Aluminum Fabricator or in a similar role
• Proficient in working with aluminum and familiar with different types of aluminum alloys
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
