A leading hospital in the UAE is expanding its Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation team and is looking for multiple Junior AI Engineers to join its technology initiatives.
We are seeking UAE Nationals and fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and building innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
- Assist with data analysis model development testing and optimization.

Requirements
- UAE Nationals only.
- Bachelors degree in Artificial Intelligence Computer Science Data Science Software Engineering or related fields.

Required Skills:
Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related discipline. Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Professional Certifications (Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certifications TOGAF Digital Transformation or Enterprise Architecture Certifications Experience Minimum 1215 years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise Applications Digital Solutions or Digital Transformation. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Mandatory experience within Banking Financial Services Investment Management Sovereign Wealth Funds Asset Management or related financial institutions. Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise application initiatives. Experience managing ERP systems enterprise platforms cloud migration programs and system integration projects. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and business-technology alignment. Technical Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications ERP platforms and Digital Business Solutions. Experience with cloud technologies system integration APIs and digital platforms. Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Automation RPA Data Analytics and emerging technologies. Knowledge of cybersecurity governance risk management and compliance frameworks. Experience managing technology vendors and outsourced service providers.
