The role is like a typical BDR role an extra layer of focus on AI and automation driven outreach with a data driven approach.
Targets are: engagement 40% for commission (email calls) and qualified opportunity 40% and 20% of commission is on won deals
Must haves:
Hiring process: 1st interview with Tim (Global VP Sales)
2nd interview with Grayden (Director of RevOps)
Final with Britta Sales Director
