Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Advisor Aviation to provide strategic guidance expert advice and technical support within the aviation sector. The role focuses on shaping aviation strategy policies and initiatives with a strong emphasis on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and UAS/UAV integration while supporting overall sector growth connectivity and regulatory development.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and expert advisory support to senior leadership and aviation sector stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of aviation strategies ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Advise on the development harmonization and implementation of aviation policies and regulations particularly related to AAM and UAS/UAVs at local national and international levels.
- Provide technical expertise on the integration of AAM solutions (eVTOL air taxis) and UAS/UAV technologies addressing regulatory operational and infrastructure challenges.
- Support the negotiation drafting and review of Air Service Agreements (ASAs) and air traffic rights to enhance air connectivity and economic growth.
- Assist in aviation budget development and resource allocation.
- Develop Terms of Reference (TOR) and Requests for Tender (RFT) for consultancy services and oversee consultant performance.
- Monitor aviation capacity and connectivity and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Represent the aviation sector at stakeholder meetings and industry forums fostering collaboration and alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Aviation or a related field.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in a similar aviation advisory role.

- Strong strategic technical and policy advisory capabilities.
