Job Summary
Act as the senior technical authority ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international engineering standards.
Lead and approve engineering activities across design construction commissioning and handover.
Ensure HSE process safety and risk management (HAZOP HAZID SIL etc.).
Oversee and technically manage EPC contractors and consultants.
Approve technical deviations resolve complex engineering issues and ensure asset integrity and reliability.
Support cost optimization value engineering and innovation.
Coordinate with operations projects and management; mentor engineering teams.
