Administrator (Emirati National)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent organised and resourceful Administrator (Emirati National) to join our organisation. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams including scheduling meetings preparing correspondence and facilitating internal communications.
• Maintain accurate records manage document filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and analytical documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information handled.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to facilitate procurement processes and monitor the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries delivering prompt and professional customer service.
• Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks including onboarding documentation timesheet collection and expense tracking.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology document management and workflow systems.

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Emirates ID.
• Prior experience in an administrative office coordinator or support role is advantageous but not essential recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
