Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a UAE National you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming phone calls emails and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare and edit various documents reports and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems both physical and digital
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive first impression of the company
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
Qualifications :
- UAE National status
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE business culture and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
