Dream Communication System LLC, a leading company in the telecommunications industry based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee our administrative operations. As the Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth running of our office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement administrative procedures to optimize efficiency.

- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement and maintenance.

- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency.

- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital employee records.

- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and repairs.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

- Proven experience in an administrative role.

- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
