Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Support departmental processes and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate meetings events and internal communications for the department
- Handle data entry system updates and generate reports as required
- Assist with tracking and following up on departmentspecific tasks deadlines and deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between the department and other internal teams or external partners
- Prepare presentations forms and other administrative materials
- Monitor and manage departmentspecific tools systems or databases
- Provide general administrative support such as filing correspondence and logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures
Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
