Our client is an innovative financial and banking services company based in Dubai United Arab Emirates working with banks and other financial institutions in the region and providing top-quality financial and banking services to its business/corporate clients SMEs and individuals.
Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Admin Coordinator in the Financial/Banking Sector of its business operations. The position is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. Candidates shall be residents of the United Arab Emirates shall be native or fluent speakers of Tagalog; relocation from other countries/regions is not possible for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative coordination and office support;
- Handle internal/external communication;
- Document control and team assistance.
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Minimum 1 year admin experience preferably in banking;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
