Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is recruiting an Accounting Professional to join our clients team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai UAE. This dualrole position requires a highly organized individual with a solid foundation in accounting and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports budgets and forecasts in coordination with management.
Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (e.g. VAT) and assist in audit processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external use.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial procedures and ensure timely processing of transactions.
Support the administrative functions of the finance department including documentation and filing.
Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Freshers or minimum 1 year of accounting and administrative experience in the UAE
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or ERP systems).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of UAE taxation laws and compliance practices is a plus.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
