Description

Ontime Group is on the lookout for a proficient Accountant with previous experience in the real estate sector to join our dedicated financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions related to property management and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting tasks such as accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll specific to real estate operations
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports including budgets and forecasts
Monitor cash flow and financial performance of real estate projects
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and real estate regulations
Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with legal standards
Provide financial insights to support property management and investment decisions
Collaborate with property managers to track expenses and revenues
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in real estate accounting practices

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices specific to real estate
Familiarity with real estate management software and accounting tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and compliance standards is an advantage
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
