Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner and have a solid background in accounting principles and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable invoicing and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT).
- Manage cash flow and budgeting.
- Coordinate with external auditors when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Zoho or Xero).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the online ticket selling or e-commerce industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and online transaction reconciliation
