Job Summary
We are looking for an Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks support financial reporting and ensure accurate ledger maintenance for our organization.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented dependable individual with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
- Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Process invoices receipts payments and payroll transactions
- Support external audits and ensure timely documentation
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments to clarify billing or budget-related queries
- Coordinate with banks and external vendors on financial matters
- Assist management with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure reconciliation of accounts
- Generate reports to track expenses revenue and profitability
- Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues
- Recommend improvements to accounting procedures
Requirements
- 2 years of accounting experience preferably within the UAE
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or similar) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
