Department: Chinese Accounts/Finance
Job Title: Accountant
Threshold Competencies:
- Maintain and manage accurate financial records in compliance with Chinese accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Stay updated on Chinese tax regulations and ensure compliance with all tax related obligations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns in accordance with Chinese & UAE tax laws.
- Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders ensuring adherence to Chinese & UAE reporting standards.
- Provide insights into financial performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate the auditing process.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
- Stay informed about changes in Chinese accounting regulations and ensure company compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant with expertise in Chinese & UAE accounting standards.
- Indepth knowledge of Chinese & UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Domain/Industry: Management Consulting
Qualification: ACCA/Finance Certification
Years of Experience: Minimum 25 Years post qualification
