Job Summary
Sealy Mattress Middle East is on the lookout for a dedicated and innovative Account Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team. As a hallmark of quality in the bedding industry we are committed to redefining sleep experiences for our customers across the this role you will be responsible for managing key accounts nurturing client relationships and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Your ability to understand client needs and align them with our premium product offerings will be vital to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage a portfolio of key accounts serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each account.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to gauge client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to align product offerings with client expectations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales management preferably in the bedding or consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Male.
- 30 to 40 years old.
- Lebanese national.
