Account Marketing Manager

Responsible for handling our companys ongoing marketing projects from A to Z and building flourishing relationships with clients.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization, quality and timeline reporting to CMO.

• Complete Client Onboarding
  

• Participate in strategy creation, ongoing brainstorming of campaign ideas
  

• Plan & schedule effective execution plan to fit the deadline
  

• Ensure resource availability and allocation
  

• Create briefs, tech guidances
  

• Assign & brief team members
  

• Coordinate and lead execution of Ad campaigns, Design & Production, Content Writing, Direct Response Copywriting, Funnel building, PR, Leadgeneration, Email marketing, Event Management and Call Center Teams
  

• Day to day coordinate team members & clients to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  

• Gather feedback and control its delivery as per expectations
  

• Control quality of project deliveries
  

• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation
  

• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction within the project transition period
  

• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs and ensure that all parties are informed
  

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  

• Identify and resolve issues
  

• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they are up to quality standards
  

• Preparing status reports
  

Requirements

• Extensive & Practical knowledge of various performance marketing strategies for both B2B & B2C, and their full round execution
  

• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Strong time management and organizational abilities
  

• Ability to lead project teams and see them through to completion
  

• Strong understanding of project & team management methodologies
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Project Manager at an advertising agency
  

• Able to complete project deliveries with expected quality in a timely manner
