management for Foodservice & Retail. What will you be responsible for? Foodservice & Retail business strategy; develops and provides plan to accelerate growth and business priorities, building business cases complete with fact-base to support the annual plan/goals. Overall responsibility for the critically important work around category management (and product management) capabilities that allow us to understand our target markets and opportunities in-depth, translating this to robust customer value propositions and managing our product portfolio to match. Owns market and consumer analytics, including operating unit analytics to support strategies/commercial/category planning (analytics and use of data); uses analytics for business cases, as needed in Reuse or business planning. Develop and collaborate on company Reuse strategy with impact on various business lines and region markets (beverage, PCH and
Foodservice/Retail). Oversees compilation of any specific operating unit secondary data – such as compilation of customer data (in consultation with center). Owns commercial operations for Foodservice/Retail, including pipeline mgmt. / sufficiency checks vs. plan, account plans creation and management, demand forecasting & development of demand plan as part of S&OP cadence, and NPS / CX, and adherence to commercial process standards. Oversees category management (Marketing), ensuring building of category plans, defining insights needed to support category plan, feeding innovation pipeline, supporting for commercialization of new products (when necessary), Foodservice/Retail PTW strategy development and deployment, channel strategy and SKU rationalization.
What are we looking for? Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience doing sales, marketing and strategy development or related in accelerated business development environments Minimum of 2 years’ experience doing leading effective teams with growth mindset.
