ITP Live launched in 2017 and it is the region s largest full service social media and influencer marketing agency.
From exclusively managing digital content creators in the region to conceptualizing and executing 360 degree influencer marketing campaigns for international and local brands, ITP Live is a dynamic division of ITP Media Group.
In addition to creating ROI focused influencer campaigns for its clients, ITP Live is also responsible for organizing bespoke events with global influencers including Influencer Marketing conferences with industry experts and hosting social media workshops for up-and-coming content creators in the region.

The objectives of the division are to extend the digital footprint of ITP Media Group as well as providing new content creation opportunities for commercial partners.


ITP. Liveis the only regional source of news and information on social media and influencer marketing.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and organizing the monthly content calendar for YouTube channel including 4 original episodes (approx. 7 minutes per episode), execute the content strategy including the Arabic translation required for gaming content, creation of Monthly YouTube channel reports, liaise with gaming influencers (with support from ITP Live team in Dubai) and develop the YouTube presenter s narrative while managing stakeholders expectations.

The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Activities & Delivery

  • Managing and executing daily/weekly and monthly content schedules
  • Uploading all videos to its client s YouTube accounts (Thumbnail, Description, tags etc..)
  • Ensuring all content is optimized for YouTube s algorithm and meets local and legal guidelines; monitoring YouTube Analytics on a regular basis and preparing monthly and quarterly reports to be shared with management and clients
  • Staying up to date with social media trends through weekly online research, especially YouTube and ensure best practices are applied to the content
  • Making sure clients KPIs are achieved
  • Translation of content where applicable
  • Creating, producing, and executing compelling video content ideas with the support of our in-house production team
  • Managing the narrative and scripting of the original content
  • Developing the narrative of the presenter of the original content

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Working closely with the video editing team to ensure on time publishing
  • Work with the line manager and producers to ensure content reflects ITP Originals overall editorial strategy by meeting brand guidelines
  • Work with editorial team to populate an editorial calendar to keep it current
  • Identifying commercial and audience opportunities within it and communicating them to other teams
  • Support the department in the overall production of brand products across all platforms
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Liaising with the gaming influencers for the original content (supported by ITP Live talent team)
  • Liaising with SEO and digital teams for optimum results
  • Liaising with the agency on the paid social campaign for YouTube
  • Liaising with the community manager
  • Hands on experience with social media & YouTube management
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of online gaming marketing

Administration and Reporting

  • Monitor all trends happening in the industry and report back to team
  • Extract & analyse monthly reports using the dedicated template for the YouTube channel
  • Work on campaign reports to analyse the overall performance

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in the content development space in Arabic language and experience of liaising with clients
  • Previous experience with managing accounts of a similar role
  • Background in the gaming industry
