Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Assistant to support our finance department and ensure smooth and efficient accounting operations. As an Account Assistant you will play a key role in maintaining financial records assisting with reports managing accounts payable and receivable and supporting the team in various accounting tasks.
- Assist with Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper posting in the accounting system.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support in processing invoices ensuring timely payments and followups for outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile Accounts: Assist in bank reconciliations and ensure that all discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Tax Compliance: Help with preparation and filing of tax returns ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team and management as needed.
- Document Filing & RecordKeeping: Ensure proper documentation filing and storage of financial records.
- Assist with Audits: Support in internal and external audit processes.
