Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems including chillers (knowledge of York screw chiller YVAA is an added advantage).
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and execute necessary repairs.
- Inspect install and maintain electrical wiring equipment and systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential system issues before they escalate.
Qualifications :
- Education: ITI in Electrical or High School Diploma or a suitable equivalent.
- Driving License: Valid UAE drivers license.
- 4 years of experience as a chiller technician with strong knowledge of York screw chiller (YVAA) being an added advantage.
- Experience diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Experience with electrical works and troubleshooting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
