This is a remote position.

We are a committed and holistic, full-service, trusted partner for CPA firms that want a comprehensive
and unique roadmap for next-level growth in leadership development/succession planning,
training, and marketing support.

The Demand Generation specialists develops marketing strategies, manages data, and tracks
success with the express purpose of building brand awareness and continued interest that results
in quailed leads specific to CPA firm niche development. This role is involved in every step of
customer engagement and is expected to monitor, analyze, test, and refine campaign
components using tools like email, social media, journeys, lead score, tagging, and list
management through HubSpot Marketing, CMS, and Sales Hubs.

The ideal candidate is experienced and certified HubSpot enterprise user who is a self-starter but
also works well as part of a team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple
priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project
status updates to management.

Requirements

Development of niche-based customer journeys
Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients
Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template
designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platform
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
(content downloads, site page visits, etc).
Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads
into customers
Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
Develop tests and optimize results
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead
management
Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing
campaign metrics

Skills and Qualifications
Database management
Ability to create email templates, calendars, schedules, and dynamic drip campaigns
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of contact management techniques such as scoring, tagging and lead stage
Understanding of nurture sequences through journeys/workflows
Dashboard-building and reporting
Knowledge in Advance data analytics
Strong analytical skills and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Data visualization skills
HubSpot certifications
Google certifications
