Job Description
- Implement service level agreements for all Facilities Management Services.
- Monitor the account budget and ensure that all services are provided within the allocated budget without jeopardizing the required standard of installation.
- Financially evaluate the services provided and suggest ways for revenue generation.
- Develop and monitor service level key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all services are carried out to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the company quality assurance and health and safety procedures are implemented effectively.
- As a part of the senior team for the project, advise the General Manager on all Facilities Management Services.
- Customer Relations: Represent the company at regular meetings with the client and other authorities.
- Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.
- Manage customers' expectations through clear communication and transparent work attitude.
- Implement and monitor business procedures and development.
