Job Summary

Description

Reporting to the regional sales organization the Sr Territory Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies to profitably grow revenue in line with annual growth plans for global new unit and aftermarket sales business. The Sr Territory Manager will also be responsible for executing new unit product and aftermarket service strategies to profitably grow revenue in line with annual growth plan for global business. The Sr Territory Manager will be responsible for growing customer service levels and relationships resulting in business growth to the company.



Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Delivers booking targets & growth strategies and manages bookings forecasting for assigned territories reporting into Regional Sales Manager .

Secure all open opportunities utilizing our selling processes

Working with channel partners to identify current or underserved accounts and develop selling strategies to optimize customer penetration including direct interaction with end users

Responsible for providing technical consulting and commercial support to ensure booking targets are met in defined territories

Provides input on customer solutions & services offerings related to enhancing reliability and operational effectiveness for products

Develops detailed plans to deliver bookings & growth for territory within region in alignment with strategic plan

Works with internal organization to ensure that channel partners have the skills & knowledge needed to sell our products and services effectively

Stay informed on industry technology trends and standards

Works closely with RSMs ASMs and facilities to understand customer requirements and ensure provision of value add solutions

Provides technical descriptions and content for proposals

Booking forecasting & reporting and pipeline management

Key account relationship management

Responsible for safety ethics and other legal compliance requirements in alignment with

Provide a solution sales process to prospects through the Action Selling process

Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system

Works with product line managers and internal services organizations to ensure that channel/customers have the skills/knowledge needed to sell our services effectively



Qualifications

Successful Candidate Will Have:

Ability to close open opportunities and utilize the sales process effectively

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization (internal/external)

Experience in selling rotating equipment in the upstream midstream and downstream O&G market as well as Petrochemical.

Knowledge of pump & compressor market and rotating equipment products

Channel/Distributor/EPC/Licensor experience

Experienced commercial negotiator

Minimum of 5 years experience in oil gas or chemical processing industry in sales/ service related position

Presentation and customer relations skill

Experience in CRM and other required software such as Powerpoint Excel and Word.

Desired Credentials:

Bachelors or Masters degree in related field

Demonstrated accomplishment in executing sales strategies

Analytical skill set strong presentation skills ability to interact with any level of an organization

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ability to self-motivate multi-task and work independently or as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
