We are looking for a driven Project Sales Manager (Hunter) with a strong background in project-based sales to lead business development and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new project opportunities across hospitality residential and wellness sectors Build strong relationships with consultants contractors designers and clients Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award Conduct client meetings presentations and site visits Prepare and follow up on proposals with a focus on conversion Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Drive negotiations and close deals effectively Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover Track market trends and upcoming project opportunities Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
35 years of experience in project sales (construction/interiors/wellness preferred) Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently Strong commercial and negotiation skills Experience handling multiple projects and long sales cycles Excellent communication and client management skills UAE driving license (mandatory)
