Via Medica in Association with International SOS is seeking an experiencedBusiness Development Manager todrive new business growth across the UAE while managing and expanding key client accounts. As a Business Development Manager youll be selling high-impact solutions in:
Youll work across industries including Oil & Gas Construction Telecom & Technology Financial Services Education and more.
What Youll Own
Build and convert a strong new business pipeline
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers
Lead proposals pricing and contract negotiations
Drive cross-selling and account extensions
Manage renewals and client retention
Maximize cross-border collaboration opportunities
Keep Salesforce updated like a pro
Deliver results against revenue and profitability targets
What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record in new business acquisition
Experience selling complex service solutions
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Confident presenter with executive presence
Experience working with multinational clients
Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
Willing to travel across the UAE
