Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market exposure to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with a main contractor or consultancy and a solid network of local UAE clients. This role focuses on driving growth securing new projects and maintaining strong client relationships within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify develop and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients consultants and key stakeholders.
Prepare and manage proposals pre-qualification documents and commercial submissions.
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to support bidding and tendering activities.
Monitor market trends competitors and upcoming projects to support strategic growth.
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
Achieve agreed business development targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in business development.
Mandatory experience with a main contractor or engineering consultancy in the UAE.
Strong and proven local UAE client network (developers consultants and end clients).
Solid understanding of the UAE construction market and tendering processes.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Results-driven with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Strong reporting and CRM management skills.
