Develop and execute risk-based supervisory plans
Conduct on-site inspections and technical reviews
Act as main point of contact for VASP Compliance Officers
Manage regulatory returns and compliance assessments
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of case officers
Provide quality assurance and training programs
Drive resource planning and capacity management
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications
Process Innovation
