Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
*Execute straightforward projects related to existing PXT programs with well-defined procedures
* Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
* Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
* Create process flows user stories and functional specifications
* Track milestones identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders
* Collect and analyze data using descriptive analysis techniques to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes
* Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (project charters requirements implementation approaches)
* Ensure the right information reaches the right audience at the right time
* Identify roadblocks and drive resolution of problems
* Apply project management and business analysis best practices to improve team efficiency
* Automate manual repetitive work to improve scalability
- 3 years of human resources experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
