Operations / Projects Manager – Civil Works

DREAMZTECH, a leading Construction company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an Operations / Projects Manager specializing in Civil Works to join our dynamic team. As the Operations / Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations for multiple civil works projects

- Supervise project execution from inception to final handover

- Coordinate with engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors

- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently for daily site activities

- Ensure timely procurement of materials and follow-up with suppliers

- Attend crucial site meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers

- Monitor project progress, quality control, snagging, and handover procedures

- Track variations, extra works, and site-specific requirements

- Compile detailed operational reports on a daily and weekly basis

- Ensure projects are completed professionally, efficiently, and within scheduled timelines

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Civil Works

- Proficiency in villa construction and interior finishing works

- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in interpreting drawings, BOQs, and executing site operations

- UAE driving licence preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Professional certification in Project Management

- Familiarity with industry-specific software tools
