Job Summary
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Brokerage Leadership & Oversight
Oversee all brokerage transactions (leasing buy & sell) to ensure quality compliance and professionalism
Provide deal guidance pricing strategy and negotiation support to brokers and agents
Review and approve deals prior to closing
Team Management & Training
Manage mentor and support brokers and agents
Lead onboarding and training for new brokers
Establish best practices scripts and standard operating procedures
Set performance expectations and track broker KPIs
Process & Standards
Implement and enforce brokerage workflows CRM usage and reporting standards
Ensure accurate tracking of leads pipeline stages and commissions
Maintain high service standards for clients and institutional partners
Business Development (Selective)
Support key institutional relationships and high-value clients
Step into complex or high-value transactions when needed
Collaborate with leadership on brokerage growth strategy
Requirements
Requirements
Valid Abu Dhabi real estate license
Strong track record in leasing and/or sales transactions
Proven experience managing or mentoring other brokers
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi communities pricing and regulations
Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills
Highly organized and systems-oriented
Professional ethical and client-focused approach
Must already hold a valid UAE residence visa (no sponsorship)
