We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager Freight Forwarding to lead and grow our logistics business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in air sea and land freight excellent client-handling skills and the ability to manage end-to-end sales and operations coordination.
This role requires someone who can independently take ownership of business development key accounts pricing and overall growth in a competitive freight forwarding market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business development in freight forwarding (Air Sea & Land)
- Manage and grow key client accounts and long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations documentation and customer service teams for smooth shipments
- Negotiate rates with clients carriers and overseas agents
- Prepare sales forecasts pipelines and performance reports
- Build and manage strong relationships with overseas agents and partners
- Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
REQUIREMENTS:
- 58 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) and Land Transportation
- Existing client base and strong industry network in the UAE (preferred)
- Ability to handle sales operations independently from lead generation to closure
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience handling key accounts and large-volume shipments
- Knowledge of local regulations customs processes and logistics compliance in the UAE
- Leadership experience or capability to build and manage a sales team
