Job Summary
oles & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning & analysis developing budgets forecasts and long-range plans that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements providing insightful variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions assess profitability and evaluate financial performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field is highly preferred demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of real estate developer experience.
