About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager Freight to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales within the UAE and be capable of driving new business while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air Sea and Land).
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets (minimum 4x monthly salary).
- Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding sales.
- Existing client base or ready portfolio of customers is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to speak more than two languages is preferred.
- Must be a team player with a proactive approach.
