Job Summary

- Develop and manage a portfolio of beauty salons spas hairstylists and retailers.

- Promote and sell beauty products professional salon supplies and related services.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.

- Conduct regular field visits to salons and outlets across assigned territories.

- Build strong relationships with salon owners managers and purchasing decisionmakers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Coordinate with internal teams on order processing deliveries and stock availability.

- Provide market feedback on customer needs competitor activities and product trends.

- Support product launches promotions and insalon activations.

- Maintain accurate sales reports pipelines and customer records.

Requirements

- 25 years of sales experience in beauty salons beauty trading cosmetics or professional haircare distribution.

- Strong network and connections within the salon and beauty industry.

- Proven ability to generate leads close deals and manage accounts.

- Good understanding of salon products (haircare skincare tools equipment consumables).

- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

- Selfmotivated targetdriven and comfortable with field sales.
