Sales Executive Emiratization
Job Summary
The Sales Executive Emiratization is responsible for generating new business opportunities building client relationships and driving sales growth while supporting Emiratization initiatives. The role focuses on identifying potential clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the market
- Meet and engage with customers to understand their requirements
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients
- Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipelines and reports
- Stay updated on market trends industry developments and competitor activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National (Emiratization role)
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- 03 years of experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven
