The candidate will be responsible for managing key retail and online accounts maintaining client relationships and driving consistent growth across channels.

Position : BDM / Key Accounts Manager
Salary : AED 4500 to AED 6500 (depending upon working experience & knowladge
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: UAE (Anywhere in UAE as per company requirements)
Must be UAE Working Experience in MT Key Accounts Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with retail wholesale and eCommerce clients
- Drive sales performance across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights
- Coordinate with logistics marketing and operations for smooth order fulfillment
- Negotiate pricing product placement and promotional activities
- Represent the company in meetings trade shows and business development opportunities
Requirements:
- 35 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and account management in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce business models and client handling is essential
- Experience working with key retailers distributors or platforms in the region
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
- Language: English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
