Position : BDM / Key Accounts Manager

Salary : AED 4500 to AED 6500 (depending upon working experience & knowladge

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: UAE (Anywhere in UAE as per company requirements)

Must be UAE Working Experience in MT Key Accounts Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with retail wholesale and eCommerce clients
Drive sales performance across assigned accounts
Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights
Coordinate with logistics marketing and operations for smooth order fulfillment
Negotiate pricing product placement and promotional activities
Represent the company in meetings trade shows and business development opportunities

Requirements:

35 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and account management in the UAE
Strong knowledge of eCommerce business models and client handling is essential
Experience working with key retailers distributors or platforms in the region
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
Language: English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
