As a Project Manager reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will be managing the site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of the project with high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Accomplish project objectives by planning and scheduling resource allocation while providing technical assistance and ensuring high quality works.
Responsible for allocation of site staff in coordination with the Senior Projects Manager.
Maintain a cost management system all through the project duration.
Ensure that the project is progressing as per the approved programme of works.
Ensure high quality standards of all works that are being carried out
Coordinate with the Quality Surveyor in regard to monthly payments and variations.
Implement a strict safety measure on site.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (site experience) with license from Society of UAE Engineering
Experience: 16 - 25 years
Industries Acceptable from: Civil Construction Industry (Consultancy/Developer)
