Job Summary
Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients a growing organization operating within the FMCG sector. As part of its expansion plans in the UAE the company is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to support market growth and business expansion initiatives.
Role Overview
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and supporting the execution of business growth strategies within the UAE FMCG market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector
Build and manage relationships with partners distributors and key accounts
Support the development and execution of business development strategies
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Prepare business proposals presentations and commercial documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful market execution
Monitor performance and prepare regular business development reports
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in business development sales or commercial roles
Solid experience within the UAE FMCG market is highly preferred
Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
