The Role
As a Senior Property Sales Agent you will:

Sell across secondary and commercial property markets generating high-value deals.

Build your personal brand with full support from the companys content team including reels video shoots and podcasts.

Develop into a leadership role mentoring others as the company expands.
Ideal Candidate

Consistent biller: 500k-1M AED GCF annually or strong closer with potential to scale.

Ambitious and committed to growing a personal brand even if no prior media presence exists.

British European or US background (Dubai experience preferred).

Growth-minded adaptable and aligned with values of discipline focus and holistic development.

Comfortable in front of the camera or highly motivated to learn.
