The Role
As a Senior Property Sales Agent you will:

Drive sales across secondary and commercial property markets.

Use your existing personal brand and client relationships to generate and close high-value transactions.

Collaborate with a full in-house content team (videographers editors designers Head of Content) to amplify your reach through video reels and podcast features.

Play a key role in building a high-performance values-driven culture based on discipline creativity and ambition.

Progress into leadership and team management mentoring the next wave of agents.
Ideal Candidate

Proven record of achieving 1M AED annual GCF (gross commission flow).

Strong personal brand/social media presence already positioned as a trusted industry voice.

British European or US background (Dubai real estate experience preferred).

Entrepreneurial ambitious and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.

A team player aligned with values of discipline focus and shared big goals.
