Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executives to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers driving sales and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers assisting them with product selection.

Display products attractively and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Explain product features and benefits answering customer inquiries.
-
Process sales transactions and generate invoices using the POS system.
-
Monitor stock levels report shortages and request required products.
-
Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
-
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues or escalate to the supervisor.
-
Adhere to company policies quality standards and customer service guidelines.
-
Participate in periodic stocktaking activities.
-
Maintain neat personal appearance and follow store dress code.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum High School Diploma (Diploma or equivalent preferred).
-
13 years of retail sales experience.
-
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-
Proficiency in computers and POS systems.
-
Team player with ability to work under pressure.
-
Fluency in Arabic (English proficiency preferred).
Working Hours & Conditions:
-
48 hours per week (1 day off per week).
-
Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan Eid packing season etc.).
-
Flexibility to work in any branch within the UAE as per business needs.
