Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the marble industry to oversee and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines coordinating with clients vendors and on-site teams and ensuring flawless execution from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and monitor projects related to marble installation fabrication and supply.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients architects contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress quality and compliance with specifications.
- Manage budgets track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Resolve any on-site issues delays or quality concerns promptly.
- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards safety regulations and client expectations.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marble/stone industry.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of marble fabrication installation techniques and material sourcing.
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera or similar).
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
